Game always thinks i'm in a party for some reason

A lot of times when I log in the chat shows

"The operation could not be completed because you are already in a party"


Also my portals show my character name in the text like it would in a party, not sure if that is causing/caused by any other issues

playing on PS5Pro

Afaik that was always an issue on the Sony platforms and GGG said it would be tricky or impossible to fix because it's on Sony's side and how parties work here.
