Shavronne's Tower uncompletable

I just can't complete Shavronne's Tower in Act 6. I crash every time before I can finish. Pls fix EU servers!

You crash or you disconnect?
Crashing would have nothing to do with the server. Nobody can help without knowing what the problem is. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
