Please give us back charges to General's Cry !!!

I didn't know this was shadow nerfed or rather probably bug fixed..

I was going Holy Hammers General's Cry this league, only to find out that this was fixed, so now they won't get my power charges when they spawn..

Could you please add some kind of fix to this? Or give us a mastery or unique item or whatever that allows this behaviour back?

I feel like not having this behaviour makes the skill miles worse than what it should/could be..

Feels kinda bad tbh :/
