Same issue EVERY league still not fixed

Loading time into town yesterday was 10 seconds, when league started its 2 fucking minutes loading into the town....
When will you fix this problem? its every single league for 2 years, its always the towns, i have to spend many minutes in campaign sitting afk watching 2 cogs spin because you cant fix this shitty town issue, how do you increase the loading time 10 fold every league, this is really sad
