Problem seems to be solved.

Hello. I'm pretty sure this is the first time I've posted here. I can't play the game further than A2. Whenever I attempt to enter the Vaal Ruins to advance to the end of A2, my game crashes every time I try to enter. I've tried all kinds of different servers, etc. I do not know how to submit a ticket in game for help. Is anyone else having this problem. I'm literally stuck in act two, and I can't play the game. Any kind of help would be appreciated. Thank you so much in advance if you have an answer. Thank you.
