Scion Reliquarian nodes should have their costs shifted

The Scion "Reliquarian" ascendancy should have the middle start branch only cost one, while all the outer ring connecting paths cost 2 points. This would allow you to take the top node with the bottom node, opening up more build possibilities.

Each path would remain costing 8 ascendancy points.
