lost of a passive skill point

i'm currently in act 7, i've done all 3 quest that give a skill book, use all 3 and got the icon with 3 skill point at the bottom. i put a skill point on my tree and cancel it,still see 3 skill point after,i allocated to another node but cancelled it again, and now on my bottom left it's say 2 skill point and the 2 node i wanted to put a skill and cancelled are still empty...i lost a skill passive
