No access to Atlas in "standard"

Is the interface for activating maps disabled or bugged in the ‘standard’ version?

Even Eagon’s isn’t working.

EDIT : "The Atlas" works, but the interface is really unclear. The places where you can insert the maps are barely visible; you have to zoom in as far as possible to find out where you can finally insert them.
Visually and ergonomically, it's not good at all, especially for players who have been used to the interface for so long.
