Game Crash - Loading Zones - Mass Issue

The game is crashing randomly when zoning into a new area, if I try to zone in again it will happen until I ctrl + Click to create a new instance. It's been happening for hours, very irregularly.

I'm on the Texas server. I've noticed a lot of people are posting similar issues, can we get a head count of what server everyone is on that has this issue?

Happening to me as well. Also been playing on Texas.

I have one head, and it is happening to me also.

Since swapping to another server, it hasn't happened. Hope that helps someone (or they fixed it)
