Too much time to load cities

I'm having problems with maps taking a long time to load, especially cities. In cities it takes around 12-15 MINUTES!! I don't think the performance is due to my PC, since I tested the build two days before the league launched, I managed to level it in 5 hours. Now I'm at 7:30 and I'm in act 8.

They know about this problem, they just don't care. With load times and crashes this game is unplayable.

Sitting there waiting for any act town to load 1min+ every time

Yeah its been very bad for a few leagues now... Always dreading the league starts because of this.
