Alt tabbing locks

So alt tabbing, I tab out look up what I need to, alt tab back in everything is locked. I can see the character but no buttons work. Last I opened passive screen and alt tab and alt tab back and it was just locked on the passive screen. Only fix was to shut the game down via tasks.
