Game Performance issues with new patch

I'm currently having performance issues on the new patch linked videos below when displaying my settings I'm sitting at 10-15 fps.

I haven't played since the first week of Keepers League but back then i was above 100 fps even in high density areas

I'm not tech savvy enough to figure out the issue outside of reinstalling, clearing caches and deleting the config file in settings which are some of the trouble shoot methods I tried.

I haven't changed systems or done any upgrades or swaps since the last time I played so completely lost to what the issue is and it's quite disheartening on league start to not be able to play.

The game isn't using your video card; it's using the CPU's integrated graphics.

Physically disconnect your monitors from the motherboard and connect them directly to the video card. That way, the game won't be able to get it wrong.

Thank you so much I had no idea working perfectly, i must of lucked into placing the cables into the graphics card the first time around but changed when i disconnected it recently.
