Unable to pick up loot

I am unable to pick up loot off the ground. The first character I made was able to loot the Driftwood wand on the beach and the first ball gem, but nothing after that.
Every character I've made since has been unable to loot anything. Loot filter on/off doesn't matter. Restarted the game multiple times, restarted the entire computer. At a complete loss of what to do, never have had this issue before. Last bumped on Mar 6, 2026, 3:14:23 PM

It was the key pick up setting. This is a new computer and a new install and it was set to use bound key instead of disabled.

Can't pick up the loot also.
