Request for Shrouded Assassin Armour Set

Hi,

I really enjoy the sneaky assassin archetype-shadowy killers similar to the Assassination Rogue from World of Warcraft. I had an idea for an evasion/armor hybrid base that would fit that theme well. Do you think something like that could be implemented in Path of Exile?
