Faustus Currency Exchange Bug

Before the season ended, I left ten orders in Faustus that I unfortunately forgot to retrieve. When migrating my season characters to the Standard league, I may have made an error during the process. As a result, all my characters are now in the Standard league, but the orders I left in Faustus cannot be retrieved. This has rendered the Faustus feature completely unusable for me.

I had previously reported this issue in the official bug report section, but I have not received any response or resolution so far. I sincerely hope you can look into this matter and help me resolve it so that I can regain access to the Faustus feature.

More reports are always good, but only if they are in one place, rather than spread over many different threads. To search only the Bug Reports forum, navigate to Forum Search and select the Bug Reports option from the 'Forums' list.
