Ambush does not visibly go on cooldown

When using Ambush on an enemy it grants the buff and exert but the skill does not go on cooldown.

It can be used in the 5s that it should be on cooldown for, however using it during this window causes you to not teleport towards the enemy or gain the buff. It just plays an animation and wastes mana.

It can then be used again, so the cooldown is in effect and just not actually disabling the skill or showing the cooldown visual on the skill bar.

This makes it a lot harder to know when your ambush is up again.
