Monastery of Keepers after migration to standard league

After migrating to the Standard league, I see the Monastery of the Keepers icon in the waypoint menu, but clicking it does not teleport me to the location.

What is the rule for accessing this area, and what needs to be done in order to use Wombgifts?

Should I look for them in maps, or somewhere in the campaign acts? I assume the reason might be that I currently have no Graftblood.

It will be available in standard after the patch.
You'll need hiveblood from breach encounters to use them at the tree.

I think graft blood will not carry over, since it was tied to the grafts, and they are being removed.

As above, when it gets patched, there will be some implementation of how it is going to work moving forward, and you will likely need to interact with the new version of the mechanic to start using it again.

I can't remember exactly, but I think they said it is going to show up in the campaign around act 6. If you have an existing character, you probably want to just look for it in maps. It is getting added to the atlas tree as well, so you will be able spec into it as well, if you want when the changes are made.

From what I heard it sound like with the tree, a lot of it is remaining, except grafts and some big changes to the equipment crafting section.
