Fire_Burst
Fiery_Impact
Shockwave
Prismatic_Burst

4x2(8) Triggered skilled with Saboteur full fire damage, consecrated path because I'm lazy with targetting.

The build can bring Fire Burst (1.5s/cd) to under 1 second.

It sounds like a dumb fun idea. I want to make it work

I'm getting a bit lost when I make a build and they End up very squishy(Without the dps to go with).

Any help is welcome

If you read carefully, Fiery Impact and Shockwave use your attack damage, but Fire Burst and Prismatic Burst use their own flat spell damage. Scaling both attack and spell damage is inefficient, you might want to choose one of two pairs.

For Prismatic burst & fire burst, you want to use Forbidden Shako with lvl 25-35 prismatic burst (higher is better) and 6 sockets (can be unlinked) 2h weapon with fire burst on hit. Despite having lvl20, that cannot be changed and lower trigger rate, fire burst have more support gems. If you don't want full fire damage, you can use The Taming unique ring (one ro two) for even more damage from ailments inflicted on enemies. Interrogation unique cluster jewel with summon skitterbots can be great if you want to get better ailments on enemy in exchange for shock effect.

For Shockwave & fiery impact, you want to craft very good 1h weapon with this experimental base. Off hand can probably be a shield, since two fiery impacts won't trigger together. Squire is good for damage, others are good for defence / utility. Check, for example, Shockwave cyclone build to find out what supports are good for this.
I am aware that scaling both is complex, unless the build uses BattleMage or is wands (Spellslinger), which is not really an option.

Unless I sacrifice Shako helmet for Cadigan's Crown and add Spellblade into Squire (Chase goal item for the build)

I really want to make all 4 triggered skills work together. So I was planning on scaling via increased fire damage clusters and Anger Aura (For flat added) and Damage with Prismatic Scroched

Getting a light defensive layer via Blind Saboteur and Mace Mastery All Damage with Maces and Sceptres inflicts Chill

My scaling both Offensive and Defensive kinda stopped there (Beside the usual Max res)

Build isn't dead in the water, but it did lose a lot of the appeal.

The other option would be to switch with Lightning triggers The Surging Thoughts
Choir of Storm
And go Crit chance.

The main issue being, its seems a weaker/clunkier Lightning Strike crit build.
Its an original twist, but not sure if its the better alternative

I was talking about skitterbots. Well, I can agree, that scaling all abilities will be difficult, if you also need to get defence layers.

If you need Battlemage, you can use Inquisitor, his other ascendancies work for both spells and attacks. However, your main problem will still be attack damage: it'll be low without good weapon, and, I believe, you'll craft good weapon by fracturing fire burst on your weapon and getting multiple t1 flat damage mods (or in another way, i didn't really check the craft).

Anyway, good luck with build creation.
quick 20 minutes set-up

Reachs 10 triggered spells per seconds total.

Damage is...Questionnable, but I'm not good with optimizing items and skill tree in general.

Sand Bladestorm mainly because it is "fire and forget" that still is considered an attack. Allows to keep damage uptime while moving and dodging.

Flesh and Stone, Saboteur Blind and Prismatic Sap for extra reduced damage (19%, 15%, 2-20%)

IF anyone can help optimize skill tree or items, I would be open. The only main thing I wish to keep is the amount of triggered spells.
Lastest iterration

I was able to make it reach ~1.5m dps with possible gears.

It still only has 43k hit pool, which seem low for the DPS, but it doesn't have flask set-up.

It is also lacking base Life and/or recovery. So it is not safe enough IMO.

Unless I'm missing some obscure item/interaction, it might be the highest I can reach.

User issue Couldn't find a way to add the Lightning modifier, so there is obvious room for improvement in itemization or passive.


Still open to improvement to the current POB
