PS totem Hierro while everyone else will do Fusillade wich will be super expensive il do PS totem last league i invested 30c in my build and i breezed through t16 maps with altars

Bloodsoaked Bannerman. Playing KF as a starter seems ok to get there. I would also play elemental hit slayer IF all the added damage gets converted to cold or lightning with the updated breach ascendancy.
