How can I complete Peddler's Produce 2 challenge if Cartographer's Chisel recipe was removed after Patch Notes?

Yeah, what Randall said. The changes mentioned in the patch notes won't take effect until the new league starts. You have until this league ends in a few days to get the challenge done.
