(3.28) Explode Tornado shot With AOE 25m dps 200ms week1 no mirror

This builds uses the buffed voltastic rift which inverts chaos res on enemies . made a video of core mechanics and AOE but a tldw:
1. explode radius is 3 meters which is great + chain explode
2 solid dps 25m without shock and vaal haste its more like 30m on white mobs and double with snipers mark.
3 big items needed for swap: 12 passive cluster crafted , progenesis and foul born unnatural with unallocated notables
4 defense is great with es + ghost dance and insta leech life+ progenesis. also sand stance is essentially screen wide with our aoe + steel skin with the new cooldown exceptional gem would get 90% uptime or more but testing is needed
5 we use 2 aoe cluster that can be changed with new currency in mirage league unlocks more damage with minimal price
6 we use imbued faster proj on tornado shot
7 custom mods in config for foulborn unnatural instinct check notes
8 all rares are mid rolls and are easy crafts with essence and fracture
9 blind tattoo X2 proj speed tattoo x10
10 items are minimum they are bad shouldn't be hard to craft

Note : voltastic rift harvest enchant is Attack speed but its seems to bug on export
