No Exceptional Cast on Critical Strike gem ?

Exceptional Cast on Critical Strike seem to be missing, and we are losing Awakened cast on crit...
How are we supposed to reach 52 CDR now, no way they are just nuking CoC builds from orbing right ? Right... ? -_- Affliction, Necropolis and now Keepers are the worst leagues ever. Loot-shower fest, chase uniques too available, stacked decks and valdo boxes are a flawed design, and now the genesis tree handing out overpowered items hence invalidating several farms and crafting avenues. They haven't posted gems yet.
Also, we have a lot of sources for cdr nowadays. Shaper belt, shaper boots and a bound by destiny already puts you at 60% cdr. Saboteur has 40% and Scion has 15%. Abyss jewels have 3% each. Additionally, you can just go with a lower breakpoint. |

" Well because other Exceptional gems have the same appearance as their normal/awakened counterparts ; whereas no gems have the same appearance/shape as CoC.
