I think it's such a cool mod but I struggle to see it being strong at least relatively to default version. 30% is more than default version 20% life recovery but less if that 20% works on petrify blood build, so it's weaker at recovery aspect if we compare 1:1. Well I guess we can say that mana builds still have an opportunity to enjoy this mechanic. Other use cases... I don't really see, is there?

There are other amulets which I think beats this one, like for example foulborn choir of the storm which gives 50% increased mana per 100% overcapped lightning res, couple that with foulborn skin of the lord's which multiplies resistance by 1.5 and it's golden.

could be an easy solution to going OoM when using mind over matter, or maybe boost life regen via the agnostic keystone? could both be stupid ideas, im no expert.

with catalysts it's also 24% vs 36%, not sure if that impacts the comparison at all.

I get what you mean though. It's got t0 status so its important it feels strong.
