Kanai's Cube, but with a penalty

Bloodlines add an amazing opportunity for the game to experiment with severely punishing and groundbreaking mechanics. I would love to get access to something like Kanai's Cube, where you get the global unique modifiers of an item (no local mods), so you can get some unique effects with the trade off like you cannot equip any unique directly on the character.

I'm a unique hater, but they are just so enabling in this game that given the opportunity I would probably lean into this feature. It would be amazing to see what players come up with if they had to trade like 2 ascendency points for 2 unique effects and maybe 2 more ascendency points for one more unique or something as a bloodline.

I'm guessing you're looking forward to Patch 3.28 next month?
