bug with Benedictus, First Herald of Utopia

I encountered a bug with Benedictus, First Herald of Utopia in Act 4
I died at the same time with boss, and after revive i always see this pictures, where boss play his animation and disapear. Tryed to switch location,relog, die, still same pic.
What should I do now?
