Using teleport to party member brings you to the start of the area

When somebody grabs a waypoint, party members would end up at the waypoint after clicking the small "swirl" icon and teleporting to their party member. Instead, party members end up where the person initiated the area.

Not sure if this is intended but it is quite annoying when leveling as a group.
