Unhandled sequence of zone changes guarantees "An unexpected disconnection has occurred" and lockout

Steps to reproduce:

- Log in
- Go to waypoint, click Kingsmarch icon
- Type /delve
- Click Kingsmarch doorway
- An unexpected disconnection has occurred

You are now locked out of the game until your instance resets, or you change gateways.
