Helm Enchants Bugged or not working ?

So i been playing Holy Relic of Conviction for a long time, trying to min-max it.
Recently i acquire a helmets that got the Enchants "Summoned Holy Relics deal 40% increased Damage", i been using Path of Building to know how much dmg i gain you know, but it does not add anything. So my question is : does it work ? is it bugged ? is is just becuz its not call holy relic of conviction on the enchants itself ? does it apply that 40% to holy relic of conviction skill ? is it only a pob bug or in-game also ?

Most likely a PoB issue since enchants are only legacy. PoB is a third party application not supported by GGG, so you'll need to report it on their GitHub for support.
