Please don't keep walls or Ailith defense

Just to be clear, I think overall Keepers was a solid league. I think foulborn items are super fun/interesting an enable tons of cool builds, which is always a good thing for PoE. However, I think the walls that cover an unnecessarily large area of your map for 2 of the 3 breach mechanics is simply not fun.

To go into specifics for each of the 3 breach mechanics, I think the standard form of breach with the additional rares/boss in the middle after stabilizing is a good/fun change that should be kept. I think the Ailith defense should be removed completely, as it's incredibly annoying and tedious to deal with, and just feels like a worse version of blight. For the hive fortress, I don't mind if the actual hive is kept as is, but the walls leading up to it are again just tedious to maneuver through.

The walls are especially annoying to play for any projectile build, as you can't damage enemies until you open the walls near them. This isn't necessarily the worse thing in the world, but is again just more annoying than interesting/fun.

+1 for oldschool breach or fortresses only.

I often skip the Ailith defence breach type, its just overall annoying. Fortresses take time but actually drop rewards so its kinda fun to do them. Ailith def breach is just meh + im really tired of Ailith screeching.

I generally agree with the idea that you should not
slow the player down and absolutely not stop them dead.

arch nemesis was horrific for how long it took to sort out
a battle. took forever and was unrewarding, unfair.

avoid such things. they are the plague.
I like defending Ailith. As usual, having options is great.
What we need are rewards that are worth spending the time.
Yes please, remove the walls, defend and Hives.
Hopefully by "control over which one you encounter" means that we can disable all other types and only encounter the "classic" breach hand with kill lots of mobs in circle. And if its not very rewarding, I'm just always blocking it on the atlas tree then lmao

No, you will not have the option to disable specific encounters outright. The system will function much like the earlier breach nodes or the Kingsmarch ore nodes, where instead of removing content entirely, you can influence the weighting so that a particular encounter appears more frequently than the others.
