Visual Bug on Black Star Arena (Polaric Invitation)

Dear Dev. Team,

The rotating ground visual effect in the arena always stops rotating whenever my character re-enter the arena, either because it dies or got disconnected. This bug has happened since last major patch (Mercenaries league). Please have a look at the issue. Thank you in advance.
