Cannot roll attack modifiers + annulling bug

Crafting a wand in phrecia 2.0 event and benchcrafting "cannot roll attack modifiers" and using an orb of annulment on this item does not remove the veiled mod that has caster and speed tags.

Annulling it removed the bench craft 50 times in a row.

The implicit has cannot roll caster modifiers so there is nothing to annul but the crafted mod
