This mod "rare monsters in your maps have #% increased chance t drop scarabs per monster modifier affecting them" is not working as intended, at 200% chance it still seemingly does nothing to the scarab drop chance

Yes, I've seen many people spend lot of currency to buy and recombine this and they still saying literally no difference in scarab drops. what the heck is this sham.
Can we have South African Servers on console please? Thanks
