Annihilation's Approach bug on T17 Boss

Been having this problem a couple of years.
When Adrenaline on it´s impossible to escape the speed of bosses.

Nightmare of Lycia Inevitable! is impossible even with 0.1ms reaction. But when I turn buff off the speed is slow as normal.
Why?

Or the boss mirror my buffs ?
