Help and Information - Help with supporter packs plz - Forum

I am new to PoE2 (Love it BTW). I bought the early access key and then upgraded all the way to the Thurmatage of the Vall, and I'm wanting to get the Warlord of the Karui, but ALL the supporter packs have vanished from the in game shop (I'm on Xbox series S), they are gone, the other cosmetics are there in the store but zero supporter packs, i tried the MS store and the packs are there but there is no option to upgrade (pay the difference), it's very strange, this has been this way for several days for me (I thought it would fix itself, but that has not happened).
