EU Servers insane lag spikes

I had crazy lag spikes the past few days on the Frankfurt server, and it only got worse today.

I just play on Milan gateway since that's the lowest MS one for me, never had problems with it during Keepers or the short time I played in this event.

Amsterdam and Frankfurt gateways have always been kinda bad. Just try switching to a different one, even if its like 40-50 ms.

I am lagging like crazy tonight. 300-500ms spikes every few seconds on some maps and even hideout. Only online game I play that has this problem.

Update: It's literally unplayable right now.

U.s. servers have been this way too at certain times of the day. Sometimes you will be playing at 11 in the morning with no problems and 12:05 hits and you get 9k latency spikes then around 9-10pm you will go back down to 20-30ms. You can ping pathofexile.com when you're getting latency to see if you are getting packet loss. If you get packet loss ping another server like battle.net or google.com and see if you get packet loss there. I always get perfect packets on battle.net and google.com when I'm getting packet loss with pathofexile.com.

Something is wrong with one of the hops most likely. Sometimes you can do tracert pathofexile.com and see which hop is messed up but this league for me it was 3-4 different hops having issues. I don't think there is a way to fix it until the next time they(whoever picks this) renew the hops from poe to you.

I had a league where 100% of the time in the window i was getting latency it was cloudflare dallas. Next league I was getting 0 lag spikes all league and i could do a tracert and cloudflare dallas wasn't on there anymore. I have no idea how any of this stuff is determined but its a shame you can't really change it (as far as I know)

I'm no internet expert though.
