Moment of Reverence - Modifier Crash Bug

So i just tried to run a Moment of Reverence where it that attackspeed and cast speed modifiers in Phrecia.
This resulted in visual overlaps that crashed the game, and then proceeded to crash the instance once i got back in.

Seems like the game and the bosses doesn't handle the modifiers very well and straight up make the game unstable.

Dunno if others has had this issue, but its my second time it has happen.
