Phrecia Polytheist Ascendency Bug

When taking the Devout of Ralakesh that provides "+3 to minimum endurance, power and frenzy charges" respectively, it does not stack with "Disciple of the Unyielding" Notable, nor the "Disciple of the Slaughter" Notable which provide a +1 to minimum Endurance Charges and +1 to minimum Frenzy charges. Thus making the minimum Endurance and Frenzy Charges 4 respectively. This is a grave oversight that needs to be fixed as there a lot of survivability and damage lost.

What is your character's Maximum Endurance Charges and Maximum Frenzy Charges?

If your minimum & maximum stats conflict, maximum wins out - which isn't a bug.

If one Stat says you can, and another you can't, than can't is the outcome. Yes+no=no.

For example: "always deals critical strike" from typhanon gets overriden from "you cannot deal critical strikes" from resolute technique.
