Hello i think this node doesn't work, at least the tool tip doesn't recognize it. It works in POB though.

Would be very unsurprised if just the tooltip is not working since there's a lot of modifiers not reflected in the tooltip. Someone else bug reported this and I explained how to test if you can apply the missing elements ailments, then it is working and just the tooltip doesn't understand the as extra. But they never reported back afaik.
Unfortunately since you're RT, you can't crit to apply ignite or shock. So you'll need to either unspec it and eventually hit + crit. Or manually get some chance to apply ailments and see if you ever apply shock to a boss or ignite any enemies (reminder ignite does not have a debuff icon). |

That means you dont have a good balance of two elements being your highest hit. Trinity bars are filled by the damage type that wasnt the highest.
So if a hit does 500 cold, 100 fire and 100 lightning damage you will gain fire and lightning resonance. If cold is always your highest hit then you will never actually gain cold resonance.
