Having to rebuy Poe 2 again

So I linked my path of exile steam deck version to my PlayStation pathic exiles, but when I log onto to my PlayStation, it’s having me re-buy it again and I don’t understand why I have to buy the game again when I bought it already on Steam so if you could explain to me why I have to buy it again or why it’s making me do this when all I did was linked my account and I’ve already bought the game for steam deck. That would be great.

" Because you gave Valve 30% the first time, and Sony won't allow GGG to grant purchases made elsewhere unless they retroactively get their cut (30% again) - also there's the payment processor's cut to take into account, and for all GGG knows you're about to buy an Xbox, so... To answer your question: GGG would like to not make a loss when you choose to "support" them. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
