Evolving shrine and alva Phrecia 2.0

Its works only at 1st incursion. After that shrine buff dont work.

Yep, tried it myself. It's because of the evolving shrine change, in 3.27 it was changed to have a 25% base chance that decreases each it evolves something, from the 10% static that it had before. The strategy is basically dead, I tried stacking shrine effect on it in Phrecia 2.0 but that doesn't work either. It's just purely bad.
