It that was Esh/Tul Breach Boss Bug/Issue

Hi - two issues with this boss fight.

One - if you insta-phase the bosses they get stuck in a perma invulnerable state and the fight cannot be completed.

Two - if you die at the end of the encounter, you lose the loot as the hive colony closes and you cannot re-enter. This may be by design but feels silly to me.
