Azmeri Spirits Not Spawning

Hi, I'm playing on PS5 and and trying to do tier 15 maps with abyss tablets and have the modifier "map has 1 additional azmeri spirit".
The issue is when i run the maps no spirits will spawn in. I get the oblective on the right side of my map saying to "Complete all azmeri spirits", but none actually spawn on the map to interacte with. This has happened for the laat 13 maps in a row. Ive tried to log in and out. Turn off my console and restart it, close and reopen the game, use different rablets that give azmeri spirits, play pn different map types and use different tier waystones. Nothing has worked. Ive made sure that I fully cleared eaxh map with checkpoints disovered to see all objectives and no spirit icons appear even though where it says all the map objectives on the right side of the screen that i have to do azmeri spirits.
