Can't log in on PS5

Hi guys,

When trying to add a new loot filter on ps5 I've been asked to log in. I've popped my password and email associated with my account that I've had since 2024.

For whatever reason when signing in with a known email address, it's created a new account. Now, when I log in via my phone with the same email all is good.

I don't get why it's created a new account with an existing accounts credential.
