liberator supporter pack 2 different prices

so in the web shop there is 2 different option. one is the upgrade option which is 100$. note that i already on the king of the faridun pack. and the other option is the buy option which is 380$. can anyone tell me whats the difference between these 2 options? and i choose the upgrade option will i get only the liberator pack items excluding all the previous packs in between faridun pack?
