HELP Caeserius Memory tears doesn't spawn

Hello people,
I have an issue since like a month now...
Caeserius memory tears have stopped spawning into my maps. The last one was like a month ago. At first i thought it was bad RNG but this cannot be anymore. I have tried everything including resetting the atlas build etc.
Any ideas on that issue?

I don't know how many maps you have played in the past month. I can only tell you, I seem to spawn him in 16s and 16.5s and I generally allocate those memory chance baby nodes. There's a thought I had for Standard players in that I would be willing to bet Eagon only shows up on maps that are present on the atlas meaning some older maps aren't going to work; like Haunted Mansions in 3.27 since it's not on the atlas.

So with that in mind I'm also thinking Shaper guardian maps aren't great for Eagon since they technically aren't on the atlas. Someone should chime in and correct me please.

This may be a small conspiracy theory but playing Destructive Play or that style of mapping (don't repeat the same map) seemed to give me more Eagon spawns. But again that could simply be RNG. In Merc league when I was doing challenges I know I went 80 maps dry 'cause I was chucking in Lighthouse maps to try and spawn him.

There's another theory that maybe too much map content might block him. So use those atlas tree blocking notables.

I've had the same issue. I completed the Eagon quest, but haven't seen him at all since. I played trade and saw him plenty. Started over in SSF, and haven't seen him (like I said) since I beat his quest. I dropped a mageblood and 8 Div in SSF, but no tears. Seems like something is preventing them from spawning.

I also tried blocking content and no influence, but only did it for 3-5 maps. I tried just doing white maps, but only a couple maps. Still nothing. I've had the chance for tears nodes allocated on the atlas too. I am dropping 16.5s.

Tears are almost an afterthought at this point, but I'd love to farm bound by destiny. It'd be nice to know if there's something I haven't tried, or if this is expected. Probably run 150-200 maps since completing his quest (and corrupting the atlas).
