Unable to collect roses in Uber Incarnation of Dread encounter

Doing uber incarnation of dread, fight was going fine until third rose phase. Killed neglect and fear, went for the red rose and it exploded (haven't figured out what makes them do that yet).

Came back in, both roses are there, quest marker sais deliver blue rose, can't collect either rose, can't deliver aparently the rose it thinks I'm carrying.
