4 Spectres Disappeared

I played last night and logged out without any issue with my 4 spectres. Today, when I logged in, there were zero spectres. I tried to desecrate in my hideout and none of my spectres appear. I don't know how this could have happened because I did not:

- swap weapons (Raise Spectre is on my boots anyways)
- remove my Raise Spectre gem from my boots
- remove my boots for any reason

Please let me know if there is anything I can do because I would love to not have to re-purchase 7 div worth of corpses again.

EDIT: i just found out why: i used armourer's scraps on my boots which have my spectres socketed, then i went to someone's hideout to buy something. RIP
