I am facing severely poor gameplay issues when i launch poe / poe2

Hello GGG,
I am a relatively new player who started playing poe about 2 years ago.But in the past year i had dramatic improvement in the gameplay as i got myself a better laptop.
But since 1 week every time i launch poe1/poe2 my game just doesnt run properly anymore.I have tried lowering grapohics i dont have any other tabs open and the only app i use is discord but i tried to turn off that too but it didnt help at all.
The problems im getting:
in the performance overview tab i see that frames are taking 4-5 ms to load before but now its going between 5-30 ms constantly in a loop.
My fps is also going from 150-180 that i used to get, dropping o 20/30 fpps then again 150 and cycle goes on.
same problem happening in poe1.

It's not clear from your post where the bottleneck might be.

Please post a screenshot of the game client's built-in metrics showing the problem.
