shows im offline

since april of 2025 ive had issues where game shows im offline all the time even when im on .. purchases doesnt go through.. ive alread contacted psn and they say there isnt a issue on psn side and to contact poe... i cant control guild make purchases or anything.. even when i on playstation try to restore license for game it keeps showing it cant renew license for elders scrolls online
