Freecam commands for private servers

Hello, content creator here focused on lore content, i recently watched the following video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HrhFtQSg9VE

And I was wondering, wouldn't it be possible for us to have access to these commands (free camera movements), in restricted conditions like private servers or something? It would be very cool to be able to take shots in free camera of the different scenarios of the game, adding a lot to the storytelling.
